Mission

Leverage our ability to delineate the immune - tumor - stroma communication networks to identify patients that are likely to respond to immunotherapy and to discover new targets and drug combinations to treat those who do not.

What We Do

Pyxis Diagnostics develops a novel computational biology platform that aims to predict patients' response to Immuno-Oncology treatments and identify potential new drug combinations disrupting resistance in non-responding patients.

Robotic Lab Assistant

How we Do It

By comparing cellular network patterns between responders and non-responders, Pyxis identifies network patterns associated with response (i.e. predictive biomarkers) and lack of response. Suppressive network pattern associated with immune-resistance mechanisms are used to identify new drugs or drug combinations to disrupt these suppressive network features.
